My practice is rooted in learning from my own health and healing journey, years of extensive training from experienced teachers, and my ongoing  connection to nature and the spiritual path.

As a Certified Clinical Practitioner of the Eden Method, I use an intuitive approach with hands-on energy practices to support clients in living with greater balance, awareness and health.

My passion is to work with people in deepening into life and purpose. To find the richness that connects us all to everything – to ourselves, our depths, our wounds, our gifts, each other, nature, and the web of interconnection. My approach is wholistic, attending to all aspects of being (mental, emotional, physical and spiritual).

My clients often arrive with challenging health issues. We can look at these as opportunities provided by the inner wisdom of the body. When we begin to see illness as a potential way forward, we open ourselves to our innate power to heal and gain access to energies greater than ourselves.
